My experience has taught me that the most important relationship we have is the one with ourself. So if you are looking to reach your full potential then come along to my Being At Your Best Workshops for women aged 18 +. These are designed to:
- Increase your self-awareness & inner resources
- Build confidence and trust in yourself
- Improve your self-care and self-compassion
- Enable you to connect with yourself and others from a place of greater ease and openness
These workshops are both informative and experiential and I offer you the opportunity to engage both your body as well as your mind. The format typically combines knowledge sharing and discussion along with activities to be done individually or in pairs. You can see my current workshops below.
I deliberately keep my groups small – a maximum of 10 women – which allows us to create a more personal atmosphere and offers space for everyone to contribute. As with all my work feeling safe matters… physically, emotionally and physiologically. This is because when we don’t feel safe we can’t be at our best, pay attention or take in new information. Whilst my invitation in these workshops is for you to participate as much as possible it is always your choice as to how much you do so. Why not come along to one of my workshops and connect with your best self in a safe and supportive community of women - I look forward to meeting you.
Please note that whilst the outcomes might be therapeutic I am not offering therapy in these workshops. You can find out more about my therapy and coaching services if you are looking for 1:1 sessions (click here).
I want to offer value for money keeping the price of these workshops as low as possible. My costs vary depending on the length of session, room hire costs materials and resources. Prices start at £30 per person for a 2 hour workshop. I am open to discussing a concessionary rate with you if you are unwaged or have a low income.

"The kind of conversation I’m interested in is one which you start with a willingness to emerge a slightly different person. It is always an experiment, whose results are never guaranteed. It involves risk. It’s an adventure in which we agree to cook the world together and make it taste less bitter."
