Would you like to be able to have more effective conversations about mental wellbeing more easily?
If so, then sign up for the Connect 5 live online training.
Connect 5 is a progressive training programme offering information, practical strategies and links to resources that can be used to support anyone struggling to cope with stress and distress – which is a lot of us right now due to the continued uncertainty caused by Covid 19 pandemic.
Who is Connect 5 suitable for?
Anyone wanting to help clients, customers, service-users, friends or family improve their mental health and wellbeing.
How does it work?
Connect 5, consisting of three separate half day online sessions, is based on two evidenced-based models for understanding stress and distress and supporting wellbeing – The Cognitive Behavioural & 5 Ways to Wellbeing Models.
Session 1 focuses on one-off conversations: Helping someone better understand mental health, mental wellbeing & mental illness.
Session 2 focuses on longer conversations: Supporting someone to find ways to help themselves.
Session 3 focuses on ongoing conversations: Supporting someone to improve their mental health and resilience over time.
Each session builds on the previous one – you choose how far you work through the programme. Certificates of Attendance are offered at the end of each session.
